They’re rather proud of their poo in Robertson. Here in Canberra the Civic pool was some years ago enclosed in a [...]

RFID tickets finally tested at world
RFID tickets made their debut for the first time at Olympics 2008 held in China and security experts were apprehensive that it would lead to long queues at the entrance and hackers would play havoc with them but all such fears never really took shape.

There were five different security checkpoints and once you entered the main tent a scanner placed recognized your face apart from the RFID tickets which had to be placed in the RFID scanner. Flashing of green light ensured that you had cleared all the checkpoints to enter the stadium but a red light could halt your journey inside.

Even though all these arrangements took a bit more time than usual but at the end of the day RFID industry had something to talk about the success which RFID tickets achieved at one of the biggest sporting event. See full article.

Afterwards, everyone joined hands, singing and dancing to The O'Jays Love Train.

China is an economic and social disaster waiting to happen unless they starting spending their $1.4 Trillion in reservers on their social infrastructure. Even then I dont think it is enough to clean up the mess that is going on in China. People forget that china was actually the main player in the world economy in the early 20th Century and then collpased and fell into Communisim becuase it was the top small % controlling and opressing the masses. history is repeating itself.
